Mero Balance – Service Plans and Fees

Mero Balance account has certain fees associated with every transaction depending on what service you are using.

However, these transactions are fee-free,

  • Deposit – Bank/eWallet (Nepal) to your MeroBalance Cash Account
  • Withdrawal – Mero Balance Cash Account to your Bank/eWallet (Nepal)

Transaction Fees

Your fee will be displayed to you every time you initiate a transaction within the app.

At the moment we have activated our Free Plan (No monthly fees) to all the users. In the near future, you will be able to subscribe to our monthly plans which will allow you to enjoy fewer fees in every transaction.

How to withdraw funds from Mero Balance?

Mero Balance offers you a cash account where you can temporarily hold your balance before using it for any other services via the Mero Balance web app.

You can withdraw your balance from your account at any time to your preferred Bank Account. At the moment we only support withdrawing funds to your bank account. Online Wallet withdrawals will be enabled in the future.

*Withdrawals might be charged a fee based on your account service plan.

Steps to withdraw funds from your Balance,

  1. Click on Withdraw,
  2. Select Bank account and amount to withdraw
  3. Click on Submit Request
  4. Funds will get be deducted from your account and sent to your nominated Nepali Bank Account.

How to add funds to your Mero Balance Account?

Mero Balance offers you a cash account where you can temporarily hold your balance before using it for any other services via the Mero Balance web app.

You can add funds to your Cash Account Balance via different methods. These top-up methods may change from time to time.

Steps to add funds to your Balance,

  1. Click on Deposit,
  2. Fill up deposit form with top-up balance and submit
  3. Make a payment to our payment details
  4. Funds will get deposited after payment has been received in our account.
