Mero Balance offers you a cash account where you can temporarily hold your balance before using it for any other services via the Mero Balance web app.
You can withdraw your balance from your account at any time to your preferred Bank Account. At the moment we only support withdrawing funds to your bank account. Online Wallet withdrawals will be enabled in the future.
*Withdrawals might be charged a fee based on your account service plan.
Steps to withdraw funds from your Balance,
- Click on Withdraw,
- Select Bank account and amount to withdraw
- Click on Submit Request
- Funds will get be deducted from your account and sent to your nominated Nepali Bank Account.
